Alexander has been working for German consultancy and Private Equity companies for almost 25 years. In his position as Managing Director and COO at goetzpartners he is i.a. responsible for all Private Equity activities of their principal investment firm Deutsche Invest Equity Partners, i.e. the acquisition, and the management and execution of private equity, venture capital and other projects. He avails of fundamental expert knowledge in alternative investment asset classes and brings a serious business network to DACS.
Freddie is a businessman, startup enthusiast and former Apple General Manager Central European Region. He has been supporting DACS right from the very beginning and since then he has promoted this convincing project, idea and vision.
Jochen was partner at KPMG, Germany from 2001 to 2014. In addition to his experience in consulting projects for global corporations and large family-owned businesses, Jochen held several leadership positions, including KPMG’s Global Head of Financial Management practice and founder of KPMG’s new Sustainability Service Practice in Germany.
Teut has been an industry insider for over 30 years. His expertise as a game developer, blogger, consultant and industry expert makes him extremely valuable in his role as a DACS board member. With Teut, DACS is positioned to become a renowned tech player in the video game market.
Professor Odile Limpach teaches Economics and entrepreneurship for Games at the Cologne Game Lab, University of applied sciences in Cologne. She also works as Strategic Consultant for serious games and cross-media projects. After 20 years of management experience at UBISOFT and BlueByte, Odile is an extraordinary industry expert and since 2015 she has been an external consultant for DACS. Odile has been advising us on our business model, market entry and pricing.
Stefan is an industry expert for over 20 years. He gathered his publishing skills as a games editor for magazines and became chief editor of GameLoft. In 2006, he co-founded Kalypso Media Group and successfully sold his shares 9 years later. Besides being chairman of GAME association, Stefan founded Assemble Entertainment hosting the GermanDevDays.
Stephan is a business expert in the international game industry. He started his career in the German software industry and in 2008 he was recruited by Microsoft Deutschland GmbH. At MS he worked in different roles to finally be promoted to a Senior Evangelist and Business Developer for cloud-based gaming back-ends. Stephan has been honored with the MS Breakaway Star Award and the MS Circle of Excellence Award. In May 2015, he was appointed COO at Daedalic Entertainment GmbH – Germany’s top-tier publisher and developer. Since 2013, Stephan is a member of the jury for “Deutscher Entwicklerpreis” – the German games award. Early in 2015 Stephan and DACS met for the first time and since then he is a big supporter of DACS and its product ROCKIT.
Thorsten began to work for Microsoft seven years ago and is working for five years in the gaming industry. Since then he has been working as a business developer with all kinds of companies. He is an excellent networker and is eager to find new approaches to generate new business. 2013 he became a jury-member of the “Deutscher Entwicklerpreis” – the German games award. Since the beginning of 2015 he is supporting DACS as a free consultant.
